

Sample Lease
We use the TAR Residential Lease and Forms, which are promulgated by the Texas Association of REALTORS. It protects both Resident and Owner.
To ensure you are not charged for wear and tear that exists at the property when you move-in, it is very important that you provide our office with a detailed list of any discrepancies, defects, damages or safety or pest-related concerns you find. This list must be returned to our office within 48 hours of your move-in. Otherwise, everything will be considered to be be in clean, safe and good working condition.
Planning on moving at the end of your lease? Your lease agreement requires that you submit a 30 day written notice that you are going to move. Before moving out, you MUST give our representative advance written notice of your intent to vacate and surrender possession of the property.
