• Pay $30 Non-refundable Application Fee (Paid online)

• Provide copy of 2 MONTH's of recent paystubs verifying income is at least 3x monthly rent.

• Provide Valid Government Photo ID

• Print and Sign Authorization to Release Information Form | Print Form
